Can I Exchange My Dress After I Have Received It?
Your dress is made to order specifically for you, therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. On the rare occasion you think we have made a mistake with the measurements; please send us a few photos and we’ll happily ensure that it is fixed at our cost. Unfortunately, we can only cover costs if the misfit is brought to our attention within 14days of delivery. Please note this only applies to measurements that have been taken specifically by Clare Mullo staff.

Can I Return My Dress?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for bespoke items. If before you order, you would like to see more photos of your design, we are happy to send you more images from our photoshoots and behind the scenes. The dresses used for our photo shoots are the same dress we have in our showrooms.

What If I Change My Mind?
We can refund if you change your mind if we haven’t started your dress. However, bespoke items cannot be refunded as item was made specifically for you.
