Our showroom’s is based in Coventry, West Midlands, United Kingdom. If you would like to come and try our gorgeous samples on, why not book an appointment.

We offer mail ordering options for a selected range of our dresses. If you are unable to travel to visit us, please email us info@claremullo.com with the wedding dresses you are interested in. One of our stylists will get in touch with you to assist with sizing and any other queries you may have.

We will keep you updated on the progress and inform you before the dress is ready to be shipped. 

Of course, and you are more than welcome to bring family and friends! If you are based in the UK and you are willing to travel to our showroom based in Coventry, West Midlands, United Kingdom

Please make an appointment online via our Book an Appointment page. We will respond to your message within 24 hours to confirm our availability.

You will have a 1 hour appointment to see and try on the dresses in our collection our showroom. A redeemable booking fee of £30 is required, which will be deducted from your gown total. 

Please note our range of samples do not have all sizes  available for fittings.

If you order the dress online, the options of payment are PayPal and credit card, please choose the option most convenient for you. We accept cash and credit/debit card payments in person.

We offer a limited number of Rush Order dresses for an additional fee. The availability and rate for a Rush Order varies from day to day. You will need to check with us to determine if Rush is available for you. When contacting us please include:

1. The dress you want to order.
2. The date of your wedding.
3. The location of your shipping address (city, state, country);

We have lots of brides hoping to lose a little weight before their special day, which is no problem at all. Our dresses are very easy to alter, we will alter your dress throughout several fittings but this must be communicated at initial ordering phase.

If you place your order well in advance of your wedding date then we can confirm your size before your dress goes into production.

Yes, we can customise dress to your liking however cost of dress will vary.
